“Siberian Organics” worked out sapropelic tar by the thermal processing of sapropel. In agriculture sapropelic tar is used as an effective means for farm animals and poultry protection from attacks of flying insects, flies, botflies, greenheads, lice.
The essential condition for productivity and animal health keeping is mosquitoes and acaridans control. Flying insects do not only bother animals and decrease their productivity, they are also contagious diseases carriers. Flies, for instance, are dangerous as carriers of infectious diseases agents (anthrax, diamond-skin disease, paratyphoid, ricketsiosis, hemosporidial infections, etc.) and parasitic invasion diseases (ascariasis, trichomoniasis, echinococcus disease, etc.) of animals. Mass insects emergence, especially greenheads, can decrease weight gain by 300 g, cow’s milk yield - by 20 % a day and milk fat – by 0,1%.
